The 'Move Family' button allows you to change the address and phone number on all the patient records of a family, without having to re-enter the details multiple times.

  1. Firstly, make one family member the active patient record.
  2. Click in the Search Patient box and click Family Search. This will display all patients with same postcode and first line of address as the active patient.
  3. Click the 3 button menu next to one of the patients displayed and then click 'Move Family Address'.
  4. Enter the new postcode and then click Enter on the keyboard to use the postcode lookup or manually enter the address.
  5. Enter the number of the house and the new phone number if applicable then click 'Ok'.
