The 'Move Family' button allows you to change the address and phone number on all the patient records of a family, without having to re-enter the details multiple times.
- Firstly, make one family member the active patient record.
- Click in the Search Patient box and click Family Search. This will display all patients with same postcode and first line of address as the active patient.
- Click the 3 button menu next to one of the patients displayed and then click 'Move Family Address'.
- Enter the new postcode and then click Enter on the keyboard to use the postcode lookup or manually enter the address.
- Enter the number of the house and the new phone number if applicable then click 'Ok'.
