The ‘Move Family’ button on the patients main form allows you to change the address and phone number on all the patient records of a family, without having to re-enter the address details multiple times.
- Firstly, make one family member the active patient record.
- Then click family filter to bring up all the family names in the search box. (The existing records must display this way to enable this feature to work)
- Click Move Family button.
- Enter the new postcode and then click enter on the keyboard to use the postcode look up.
- Enter the number of the house and the new phone number then click move family.
