The ‘Move Family’ button on the patients main form allows you to change the address and phone number on all the patient records of a family, without having to re-enter the address details multiple times.

  1. Firstly, make one family member the active patient record.
  2. Then click family filter to bring up all the family names in the search box. (The existing records must display this way to enable this feature to work)
  3. Click Move Family button.
  4. Enter the new postcode and then click enter on the keyboard to use the postcode look up.
  5. Enter the number of the house and the new phone number then click move family.
