Enhancements

  • A stored patient portrait will now display on the main patient record.




  • Right click functionality on analysis codes box on the patient front screen.
    Right click to open menu, click all codes that are applicable, click off menu to save.



  • Top bar menu icons can now be themed along with the top and bottom bar.



  • New Module: 'Document Centre'.
    The document displays all stored documents and allows for documents to be linked to indvidual clinical records and displayed from with in the system.
    The document centre can be launched from the patient menu or by pressing the F9 keyboard key.

  • New short cut keys:
    F9, opens the document centre
    F10, opens the select communication list
    F11, opens the store document window


  • New merge field "Dispenser"
    This merge field will populate communications with the "Dispenser" placeholder, with the name of the last dispenser.
  • Baroness now an option in the patient title.

  • A new text field has been added above the CL Rx. ‘Lenses for:’ Allows for a description of what the lenses are required for e.g. regular wear, dailies for holiday.


  • The CL description is visable on the CL Dispensing form.
  • CL options field e.g. High, Low or colour etc are now visable on the Exam summary screen, CL dispense Screen and on the Orders screen.

  • CL Comments and parameters box content copies over when you copy a previous CL Rx

  • Export to Excel on reports now exports more the 65,000 lines.
  • After typing in the patient search, you can now click the tab button to scroll through the search results and then press enter to select a patient.

  • There is now word wrapping on the appointment notes box used for reserve appointment notes.

  • A 'split appointment slot' feature has been added to the right click of a empty appointment slot menu.

 

System Changes

  • The tick box that stopped the deletion of a document being stored to a patient record has been replaced with a save button.




  • The store patient portrait feature has been moved off the store file window and added to the patient extras menu.




  • Copy Rx to subjective/objective now no longer copies VA's


  • The specs recieved and collected recall scheme boxes have increased in width for improved visability of selection.

 

  • The DD Caluculator has been moved to the patient menu making it accessaible from all screens.
    If it is lauched from CL Prescriptions or Clinical it will prefill the brand field with the patients most recent CL Rx Brand.


  • The deferred payments report (launched from the print button within the deferred payments module) can now be sorted before printing using arrows at the top of each column. Default sort is alphabetical on patient name.



  • ‘Make Available Online’, And ‘Make Unavailable Online’ buttons updated with more distinct images and labels.

  • New patient record no longer needs to be saved before launching analysis codes box


  • The default action created when a patients contact lenses are marked as recieved 'Contact patient -Contact lenses recieved', can now be turned on or off with a system parameter.



  • Patient Actions:
    1. Outstanding actions will always be displayed on the front of the patient record
    2. The pop up associated with an action, now has a system parameter so action reminders can now:
         - Always pop up
         - Pop up when due
         - Pop up day before due
         - Pop up 1 week before due date
         - Pop up 1 month before due
         - Pop up 3 months before due
         - Never pop up, unless there is no date in combination with a reminder flag



  • Currency symbol update to Euro on all POS reports with applicable country codes.


  • The save changes button on the appointment booking form will now only show when changes have been made to the form. Use the 'Close, Dont Save' button to exit the form and return to the appointment diary or 'Go to Px' to close the form and view the patient record.
  • 'Use Precal' can now be set as a system default in maintenance.

  • PCSE will not accept claims if the sale value of one or both pairs is over £999. The i-Clarity system will now change the sale value on submission if the value is over this amount. A note is added to the claim for audit purposes.

  • The leading plus sign on the BOZR and TD figures, that was on the clinical summary screen have been removed.
  • CL Rx form (not clinical). The options field moved from underneither to inline with the rest of the CL Rx.

  • CL brand and product download changed to work with 64bit programs.

  • Till module: Standard price changed to 2 decimal paces and currency symbol added.

  • Clinic outcome report- time stamp removed from date field and cells no longer merged on export to excel.

 

Fixes

  • DD/SO payment lines now show when they have an end date that is in the future.

  • Other clinical record confirmation screen now updates due date on a change of recall scheme.

  • Copy CL Rx now copies over the options fields content without an error.

  • Merging of patient records now completes without an error.

  • In dark colour themes, when confirming a clinical record, the 'select and change' early recall codes was white text on white buttons – fixed.

  • Communications sent from the orders screen, where putting the wrong reference in patient activity. Note now correctly references the communcation sent.
  • Form title of 'Print A4 Receipt' updated.

  • Removing the no action date tick will now allow for todays date to be saved with no manual adjustment to the date field.

  • Fix to the parameter in maintenance that turns patient address printing on or off a patient slip.

  • Fix to the edit recall form, to stop the switching of titles on the form.

 

Error Trapping

  • The system will now catch for blanking out of drop down fields on a clinical record. Exam Type, Recall Scheme, Occupation, Recommendation. Where available empty fields will be updated to N/A, if N/A is not an available option then the field will show the top option from the list.

  • The system will catch for blanking of drop down fields on main patient record, GP, Occupation, College and corporate. Empty fields will be updated to N/A.
  • Change to how the system selects a pervious Rx before it is copied to a new Rx, in clinical records. Aim of change is to track down the cause of inconsitent error that occurs when copying a previous RX.

  • Change to app data folders to prevent occasional root element error.
