WE ADVISE NOT TO MAKE THESE CHANGES UNTIL 1st APRIL 2024.

The NHS voucher values will be increasing from 1st April 2024.

Follow the below guides for updating these values in i-Clarity and i-Clarity Enterprise.

i-Clarity Instructions

Step 1 - Navigate to the Maintenance module of i-Clarity

Step 2 - Click on the 'Update Vouchers' button

Step 3 - Assuming the update is successful, a message will display saying that the update is complete. Click OK.

Step 4 - Close Maintenance

Step 5 - Refresh your system to load your newly modifed data. You can press this on each computer you wish to update. Alternatively, all computers will be updated with the new data automatically the next time Enterprise is opened.

NOTE: If you have products/till buttons for each voucher value, these "products" will need to be updated seperately in the usual way.

i-Clarity Enterprise Instructions

Step 1 - Open the System modules dropdown and select Maintenance

Step 2 - Navigate to 'i-Clarity Updates'.

Step 3 - Click on 'Update Vouchers'

Step 4 - Assuming the update is successful, a message will display saying that the update is complete. Click OK.

Step 5 - Quit Maintenance

Step 6 - Refresh your system to load your newly modifed data. You can press this on each computer you wish to update. Alternatively, all computers will be updated with the new data automatically the next time Enterprise is opened.

NOTE: If you have products/till buttons for each voucher value, these "products" will need to be updated seperately in the usual way.
