Follow this guide to update the value with i-Clarity or i-Clarity Enterprise

i-Clarity Instructions

Step 1 - Open the Maintenance module

Step 2 - Navigate to the 'Misc 2' tab.

Step 3 - Look for the table in the center labelled 'NHS Payment Values'. Locate the row titled NHS Fee. Update this value to the new value.

Step 4 - Navigate to the 'Product Grid' tab

Step 5 - Use the dropdown filter at the bottom of the screen to select 'Prof Fee'

Step 6 - In the table at the top of your screen, locate your NHS Fee and update the value. Click on any other row to save your changes.

TIP: If you can't see your NHS fee in the list, try searching for it in the description search box (bottom right).

Step 7 - Close Maintenance

Step 8 - Refresh your system to load your newly modifed data. You can press this on each computer you wish to update. Alternatively, all computers will be updated with the new data automatically the next time Enterprise is opened.

i-Clarity Enterprise Instructions

Step 1 - Open the System modules dropdown and select Maintenance

Step 2 - Navigate to 'Point of Sale & Dispensing', and then 'Payment Types'

Step 3 - The Payments Type window will open. Locate the row titled NHS Fee. Update this value to the new value.

Step 4 - Now select 'Home' and then 'Products' from the Maintenance menu

Step 5 - Click on 'Products' again to load the Products window.

Step 6 - Select 'Prof Fees' from the tabs at the top of the Products window. This will load a list of your professional fees.

Step 7 - Locate your NHS fee and update the value in the appropriate column.

TIP: If you can't see your NHS fee in the list, try searching for it in the search box (top right)

Step 8 - Quit Maintenance

Step 9 - Refresh your system to load your newly modifed data. You can press this on each computer you wish to update. Alternatively, all computers will be updated with the new data automatically the next time Enterprise is opened.
