In the the Diary, you can open the day's clinic in a separate window so that it is available to look at without going in and out of the appointment's module. It is particularly useful for the clinician. You can set how often this window refreshes with up-to-date information in Maintenance.

In Maintenance, click 'Branch & System' and then 'Branch Full Config'.

On the top right-hand side is the following setting.

Type in your desired refresh interval (in seconds) into this box.
