If you would like KPIs to be sent to Users, you can do this in Maintenance.

Click the Back Office & System Modules drop-down and then click on 'Maintenance' to navigate to the Maintenance module.

Then click 'Users' and then 'SMS KPI Recipients'.

At the bottom of the screen is an 'Add KPI Recipient' section.

Select the Staff Member from the drop-down list, select the branch you want the user to receive KPIs for, select the Communication Type from the drop-down list and then click '+'.

i-Clarity will use the contact information from the Users/Staff form, so please make sure the user's contact details are correct.
