To view the Patient Activity Notes, click on the Patient drop-down at the top left-hand side and click on Activities (Notes and Actions).

This will load the Patients Activity Screen which looks like this.

The Patients Activity screen is split into two sections. The top section is to record past and present notes about the Patient Journey e.g. Patient rang to request we order some more drops for them. The bottom section is for patient actions.

To add a new patient note, click the 'Add Patient Note' button on the bottom left-hand side of the screen.

This will bring up the following pop-up.

You can either free type or use the Voice to Text button to add a new Patient Note.

This will add the note to the top of the Patient Activity grid with a time and date stamp, as well as the name of the user logged into the system when the note was added.
