On the top right of the Main Patient Screen is the notification button.

The number shown on this button is the number of outstanding Actions and Tasks for the user logged in.

Clicking on this button will load the Actions and Tasks screen as shown below.

On the top half of this screen, you can see any outstanding Practice Tasks you have. On the bottom half of the screen you can see any outstanding Patient Actions you have.

You can change to view all of the outstanding Branch tasks by checking the 'Branch' box at the top right of the screen.

You can also click 'Include Actions Without Dates', 'Include Future Actions', 'Include Unassigned' and 'Include Completed' to change which Patient Actions you view in the bottom half of the screen.
