By default, the Action List shows Patient Actions that are due today or overdue and actions that are assigned to all users and the user logged in.
When an action becomes overdue, the date will become highlighted in red on the Patient Record.
You can change the view of the Action List by ticking an unticking 'Include Actions Without Dates', 'Include Future Actions', 'Include Unassigned' and 'Include Completed'.
Patient Details
You can click the Patient button to view the patient's record. You can also click the 3 dot Menu button and then click 'View Patient'.
You can use this menu to add a Patient Note, add a Patient Action, view the Patient Documents Menu, send a Text Message or an Email and view the Appointment Journey Menu.
Completed Date
The completed date of the action will be automatically populated when you click the Tick button to mark the action as completed.
