If you already know your password but would like to change it, load up i-Clarity and on the opening screen, click the ‘Change Password' button.

Use the User Name drop-down to select your name, type in your old password, new password and re-type password. Then click ‘Change Password’.

A pop-up will appear showing that the password has been changed successfully.
