VIDEO: Enterprise Tips: Linking Websites

You can link websites to your i-clarity for quick access while in the system.

To so click “User options”

Hover over “linked programmes and websites” and then click “Add new link”

In this screen we can then select the link type i-clarity also has the ability to open external documents and apps.

Select website

Choose how you want this link to appear in your linked websites menu.

Now paste the website address into the Path/URL box

You can then choose whether you want this link to only available on this PC tick the box if this is the case

Finally you can add an icon. This is recommended as if you have a number of linked websites or programmes it is much easier to identify the one you need in a list.

This is now an available link for your to click in your linked programmes and websites and clicking it will take you to the location you have inputted.

This is particularly useful for linking with contact lens ordering sites, referral portals, PCSE and spectacle lens ordering
