VIDEO: Enterprise Tips: Adding Stock and Frames in Dispense

From the dispensing module you can adjust stock and enter new frames.

While in dispense when selecting the frame you are told whether it is in stock or not. If not,

Find the frame, in choose frame,

Select the frame and then you have the button add to stock, and you can choose the quantity you wish to add.

Great for instances you are about to dispense a frame but are told it isn’t in stock but you know you have it.

Or it can be used as a means to negate having to adjust the stock in the stock module, if you are going to be ordering a new one in. You would add another to stock. Which then when dispensed reduces the frame stock back to what you originally have. Eliminating the need to adjust the stock later when the ordered frame arrives.

From this choose frame screen we can also enter new stock should the frame not have been entered into the system. Simply click “create new frame or sunspec”

This is particularly useful for entering frames that you may not have the correct size or colour entered that you need to dispense.

Again find your frame, click on a size and colour and and click “Create new frame/ sunspec”, then press “get current” you can now enter the size or colour variant of your choosing. In the window that follows you can add to stock by adjusting the quantity.

Using these tips should improve the accuracy of stock levels within your branch.
