VIDEO: Enterprise Tips: Close and Go Buttons

Close and go button are found throughout i-clarity offering a seamless way of transitioning from one module to another without the need to manually find it yourself.

Meaning you can build in your own workflows when acting on specific tasks that require multiple modules.

In any module within a patients record you will be afforded the ability to either Close the module with the Close button, this closes the screen and takes you back to the patient record.

The Go button however offers you the ability to move to another part of the system without needing to navigate there yourself. Either closing the screen you are currently on and moving there for you, for example you may finish a dispense and want to either close the dispense and then open another dispense for the patient.

Or maybe you have finished your dispense and want to now navigate to sales, which you can do so with Close and go to sales and payments. Once you’ve taken payment you then may want to go to claims to have the patient sign a GOS form, which you can do with Close and Go to claims.

Within a clinical record not only can you close and go to another module you can also load up a new clinical record or switch to an already open one with the GO button.

These buttons help to make navigation around the system seamless and help improve the speed of moving from one module to another.
