Enhancements:
- New "Actions" button on the appointment booking form. This button allows you to return to a booked appointment and resend appointment confirmations.
- A new 'unsaved changes' warning message on the appointment booking form. This message will warn the user if they have made a change to an appointment or sent a communication from the action button and then clicked close rather than save.
- You can now extend an appointment over multiple blank appointment slots in one go (previously, this had to be done in stages).
- The system will now give a warning (along with the existing diary refresh) if you try to book an appointment into a slot that has just been reserved on another machine.
- Reserving an appointment now records the name of the user who made the reservation.
- The reserve appointment from the right-click menu will now open a notes box so you can add a reservation label (click "OK" without adding a note to create a standard "Reserved" label).
- Reserving and unreserving appointments will now create entries in the appointment status history.
- You can now block reserve appointments from the right-click menu and have additional options for AM/PM or Full Day.
- Right-clicking on a reserved appointment will now show the option "Block Unreserve," allowing you to unreserve multiple appointments at once.
- New "Arrive and Go" option on the right-click menu for a patient’s appointment: "Arrive and Create GOS1."
- When changing to another branch's diary, the branch name will be labeled as the "Visible" branch.
- The patient's analysis codes are now visible in the patient details section of the appointment booking form.
- Fields automatically imported into the patient record by the equipment link will now appear in the document center.
- The document center now has webcam integration.
- The system will now strip commas from user name fields to ensure clean merging into documents.
- Appointment diary clinic refresh triggers have increased, but the hard warning for clinic refresh has been refined to only display when it affects the appointment you are currently trying to book, reserve, or edit.
- On the patients wanting earlier appointment form, it now shows the Optometrist the current appointment is booked with.
- The patient’s age will now display in brackets next to their name on the diary.
- A note will now appear at the top of an appointment for patients booked into a branch they are not registered at.
- Branch Orders Module: The three-dot menu on the order line, now includes options to "View patient activity" and "Print patient slip."
- Update Rx button added to GOS3 and GOS4 claims.
- Clinic report enhancements:
- A new print button has been added for quick printing to the default printer.
- An additional print button has been added that will print a simplified version of the clinical report.
- The feature allowing the addition of external links to your user menu will now automatically select a default icon for apps, documents, and web pages. It will also automatically set the description based on the file name, with the option to only show it on this PC (e.g., if a program or file is only available on a specific PC).
- The "Outcome" field in the Exam Summary form will now show the written notes from the outcome box on the clinical record, contact lens record, and supplementary record.
- You can now add words highlighted by spellcheck to your personal dictionary.
- In the diary, when navigating to a date in the future with no clinics available, the diary will move to the last available date and a hard message will appear to warn that clinics are not available that far into the future.
- iClarity can now support document names up to 250 characters.
- You can now open the purchase orders module from the Modules menu (previously, this could only be accessed via the Stock module).
- Patient name and ID are now added to the description on a purchase order line.
- A new warning has been added to recurring products in DD setup if no supplier is linked to the product.
- The format of order notes entered into patient activity has been standardised across all order statuses.
- Untracked Contact Lens orders will now be labelled as 'Untracked' on the patient order screen.
- Patient document subfolders are now visible in the document center, improving navigation through extensive document history. (Click on the arrow or folder name to expand)
- Clinical record audit files are now available in the document center.
- A new document refresh button has been added to the document center so that if documents are added directly to the patient folder, iClarity can retrospectively create a link.
- A warning will now appear if you try to create a GOS1 claim while an existing unsubmitted claim exists.
- Dispensing report generation is now faster so reports can be created for longer time frames.
Changes:
- Refinement of the right-click menu options in deferred payments for countries where electronic NHS claims are not available.
- The Claims module icon is no longer visible if electronic claims are not available in the region.
- Claims status columns no longer display on deferred payments in regions where electronic claims are unavailable.
- Clicking "View" next to a patient note will now open it in full screen.
- The loading speed of the appointment booking form has been improved.
- The navigation bar in the document center is now hidden by default.
- Appointment diary right click menus, now can have coloured icons.
- Document count now ignores deleted documents and audits.
Fixes:
- Notes added to a contact lens order (in the "To be ordered" status) now follow the order through all statuses.
- When clearing the patient and then opening the appointment diary, the last patient was previously shown as the current patient, even though no patient was selected. This has been fixed.
- Multiple transactions can now be selected and printed on one receipt.
- Date picker now appears in the user edit screen.
- The issue preventing users from extending an appointment into a slot that was previously booked but now canceled has been resolved.
- All links are now saving correctly to the external link menu.
- The date format in user settings is now applied according to the applicable country format.
- You can now re-add action dates to actions that previously had no action date set.
- The error when right-clicking on a patient's name to launch an appointment search has been resolved.
- In the dispensing module, when two different lens types are selected and an error message appears indicating they don't match, the lenses were previously listed incorrectly. This issue has now been fixed
- Arrived time, for appointment with an early arrival, that were marked as attended via the right click menu
