What do I do if I have forgotten my password (Enterprise)?

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to ask someone with Maintenance access (e.g. a manager), to change the password for you.

The person with Maintenance access, will need to click on the button at the top right-hand of the screen and then click on the Maintenance button.

The Maintenance module will then load. Click on the ‘Users’ button the top left-hand side of the screen.

Then click on the ‘Users/Staff’ button.

Then click on the ‘Change Your Password’ button next to the user whose password you want to change.

A pop-up box will appear. Type the new password into the ‘New Password’ and the ‘Retype New Password’ box and click ‘Change Password’.

A pop-up will then appear saying the password has been changed successfully.
