If you already know your password but would like to change it, load up i-Clarity and on the opening screen, click the ‘Change Password' button.

Use the ‘User Name’ drop-down menu to select your own name.

Fill in the ‘Old Password’ box with your current password and type your new password into the ‘New Password’ and ‘Retype New Password’ boxes. Then click ‘Change Password’.

A pop-up box will now appear letting you know that your password has been changed successfully.

You can now log in with your new password.
