This describes the process of being able to retrieve an English electronic GOS3 form that has been generated by another practice.

Click on the 'GOS3' tab at the top of the form.

Enter the voucher code and authorisation code from the GOS 3 which the patient has provided you.

Click 'Retrieve'.

The Claim will be populated with the patients details and optometrist details from the PCSE website.

You can now complete the voucher for submission as per the i-Clarity training resources.
