SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS and CHANGES

1. Performance Improvements

• Improved memory management to remove the problems with out of memory that some people were encountering towards the end of the day.

• i-Clarity now runs as a true 64bit application when run on 64bit computer.

• Changes also made to make the marketing module return results faster when using specs purchase history as a filter

2. Patients waiting for earlier and future appointments.
The buttons for both waiting lists are now on the bottom bar of the diary rather than within the config menu.

ENHANCEMENTS

1. Remove patient button in marketing
Clear button to remove patients from the results grid in marketing.

2. New filter in marketing

A new filter has been added to the marketing module ‘Has CL Checkup Since’.

3. Patient actions, visible when booking an appointment.

When booking an appointment for a patient, if that patient has outstanding actions, they will now be visible at the bottom of the appointment booking form.

FIXES

1. When either right clicking or using the 3 dot menu on a patients spectacle order, the option ‘send order to supplier’ was resulting in an error message.

2. When a SMS provider is down and you are sending recalls then an error was displayed for each failed text, now all failed messages are combined into one error.

3. When trying to move days in the diary, with a filter on (i.e. staff member or staff type) the button didn't always work.
