To open the clinical module, on the bottom menu bar of the patient record click the ‘Exams’ button.

This will open a summary screen of the patient clinical visit history.

This form displays all the patient clinical visit history in date order, detailing the type of visit, the practitioner, the prescription, exam outcome, recall scheme, next due date, and dispensing notes. You can also see if a referral followed the visit and if a response to that referral has been recorded.

From here you can:

Open a previous record to view the full clinical record. To do this right click on the line you would like to open and select ‘Open Exam’ from the right click menu that has appeared.

·         Open a new record by clicking on the applicable new record icon from the bottom bar.
